Someone with poor body image might experience the following:- they fear gaining weight or looking fat;- they worry about not being able to fit into their clothes;- they feel like their personality is judged by others on their appearance; and they obsess over how much energy food costs or what kind of food makes them gain weight.

Lastly, at the end of the day, we should never be discouraged by our imperfections. Instead, we should embrace them and find beauty in them.
